Any person that registers must accept the terms and conditions of this User Agreement without change. WHEN YOU PRESS THE ACCEPT BUTTON, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT. This User Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing signed by both parties.

1. Definitions:

2. Eligibility

Use of the Services is limited to sport organizations that sponsor tournaments either for their own league or as a service to athletic teams. Registration is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts under applicable law. To register, you must provide your real name, address, phone number and email address. ReportScores.com may refuse the application to anyone at any time, at our sole discretion.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

The base fee for 50 teams or less as stated on the Web site is due at the time of registration. An additional fee will be due on the first day of the tournament if the number of teams exceeds 50. The additional fee will be calculated at the rate shown on the Web site. All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. The Fee and Payment Terms may vary in future offerings and ReportScores.com may in its sole discretion add, delete or change some or all Services offered in the future.

4. Privacy

ReportScores.com is committed to protecting your privacy. No contact information such names and email addresses will be made available to outside parties.

5. Down Time

The registrant will maintain conventional, manual proceedings during the tournament including posting of necessary schedule information and scores. Under no circumstances will the online services offered by ReportScores.com be the only means of running the tournament.

Like most commercial Web sites, ReportScores.com relies on network services provided by others. The administrator recognizes and accepts the fact that there may be brief periods when ReportScores.com may not be available online due either by network problems or power outages. Every effort will be made to keep down time to a minimum.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReportScores.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USER AGREEMENT AND SERVICES.

7. Availability

The Admin site will be available for one week following completion of the tournament. Public access to the tournament will be for 2 weeks after the last day of the tournament but can be extended to 6 weeks max.

8. General Use

Except for ongoing monthly service agreements, ReportScores.com services will be used only for the tournament that was registered. All Web pages including the administration site are the property of MLD and may not be duplicated or used for purposes other than that which they were intended.
